Kathryn's Hatha Yoga class will lead you through relaxation, gently warming up he joints, postures (asanas), cooling down,

The asana's (poses)
gently compress and stretch the muscles, increase flexibility to the spine and articulatory system (joints) and increase general suppleness of the body.Yoga breathing involves particular techniques by making full use of the respiratory system, this encourages an increased oxygen supply
to the body; circulation improves which delivers oxygen to cells and nerve cells which in turn results in healthier tissues, reduction in tension
